Brfore this i switched back and forth with 3 and 2, ones got good skins, the other loades faster and has less problems. 5 is...yay! I havent used much else, but don't want to

@sven dude u're really a "big mac" fan (not macdonalds :P)
I use winamp, now it can open videos its cool.
I use powerdvd's for dvd's
winamp for music
quicktime for qt.
media player for the rest.

I tried others but I'm not into the videos that much these days. I keep watching dvd's, so powerdvd's runs all the time.

media player no good for dvd's

for those who use winamp and have many mp3's select the options tab and on "Read titles on" change it to play. This should speed up winamp a lot!! Winamp never crashed. neither 5 but I use base skin, no need for fancy skins.
Media player crashes too often.
I hate Real media player!!! <--- I avoid downloading .ra, ram. etc.

@un4given1 I just checked DJ2000, does it have a skin to make it smaller? it seems like it takes all the resolution?

It has different modes you can view it in. Download the demo and check it out. The kewl thing about DJ2000 is that you can use it as a library and pick programs to launch for media files, and then when you click on one it opens it in another program.

I've moved up in the world, as winamp5 is no longer a beta. I use power DVD, Mediaplayer clasic, and WMP9 for the other formats (video), theres also some over lap, cause sometime WMP9 crashes, and....Strangle nearst object at thought. Media player classic is good for alot of incomplete files too. It runs just about all of them.
